The ReFlex™ IFAK was developed in collaboration with active-duty medical personnel to meet the demanding needs of field medicine. This innovative, two-piece system consists of a Med Roll and a Carrier, engineered to provide fast, organized, and ambidextrous access to critical medical supplies.

Constructed primarily from heavy-duty nylon laminate, the ReFlex™ system is built for durability and rapid deployment. It’s specifically designed to accommodate the contents of the standard U.S. Army-issued IFAK, making it a dependable choice for military, law enforcement, and emergency response professionals.

Both the ReFlex™ Carrier and ReFlex™ Med Roll are available for purchase as a set or separately, giving you flexibility in how you build your kit.
