Built around the innovative MPO (Multi Purpose Organizers) system, the pouch offers reduced weight, enhanced modularity, and flexible organization compared to traditional fixed-layout medical pouches. Users can customize item placement, retention, and medical loadout to suit specific operational needs.

The pouch features two mounting options:
• Laser-cut MOLLE backer for PALS webbing attachment
• Integrated YKK® zipper interface for use with the V2Z Abdominal Adapter

Adjustable bungee retention with ITW Nexus Cordloc hardware keeps contents secure during movement. Additional features include a nitrile glove compartment, dedicated tourniquet holder with laser-engraved TQ marking, and a customizable medical identification panel compatible with Hi-Vis, IR, or reflective inserts.
