Festive Opening - Shipping and Showroom information

We would like to wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas and a safe and prosperous New Year, for those deployed away, you are in our thoughts and your service is greatly appreciated.  
 
ODIN showrooms will be closed for Christmas & New Year from Monday 22nd December at 16.00 hrs and reopening on Monday 6th January 2025.
 
ODIN online shop is open throughout however and our shipping dates will be as follows: 
 
Monday 22nd from 13.00 hrs will be our last dispatch day, any orders received after 13.00hrs will not be processed until Tuesday 6th January 2026 –

Will my emails or phones be answered over Christmas?

Emails will not be answered during the Christmas break. Our team will respond as soon as we return after the holidays.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes! Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check all folders including Spam and Junk.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery for all BFPO customers.

Exchanges & Refunds

All exchange and refund requests will be processed from 6th January 2026 onwards.

Are any stores open over Christmas?

No, all our locations are closed over the Christmas period. Our Head Office in Otterburn will still be dispatching orders between Christmas and New Year.

Do you ship to BFPO and VAT-free locations?

Yes, we ship to all BFPO addresses. If your BFPO location qualifies for VAT-free pricing, VAT will automatically be deducted at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Please email us as soon as possible — once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes.

How long will delivery take?

During the Christmas period, delivery may take longer than usual. Please allow extra time:

UK mainland: 3–10 working days
BFPO locations: 7–15 working days
International: 7–20 working days

Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer gift vouchers or gift cards?

Yes! Gift vouchers are available in various amounts and can be used online.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?

Yes, you can exchange items for a different size. Exchanges will be processed from 6th January 2026.

Do you offer military discounts?

At ODIN, we aim to offer fair and reasonable pricing for Military and Law Enforcement communities. As such, we do not offer discount codes or operate as a discount brand.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. International shipping rates and times apply and are calculated at checkout.

Yes, we use secure payment gateways and never share your personal information with third parties.
