Inside, the pack tray compartment features laser-cut circle ports and bungee retention, offering nearly unlimited options for organizing medical equipment. The innovative “Sleeve” design allows the pouch to be pulled from either the left or right side for rapid access under stress. A dedicated rear scissor compartment provides additional utility, enabling trauma shears to be carried on either side and secured with a bungee and toggle system.
